The article is devoted to the development and application of a multilingual thesaurus on information technologies for the Information System (IS) for supporting scientific and educational activities. A data schema Zthes, selected for the implementation of the thesaurus in the scientific and educational information system, is discussed in detail. Particular attention is paid to working with dictionaries of key terms that are used to systematize and classify information resources, and to model the links between them.
